Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Lisa Lehmann Designs does not process orders, nor ship, on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

Custom orders...which includes rings and anything custom-sized or stamped...take 3-4 weeks for creation!

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail insured unless otherwise requested. You can choose Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. We will send you a confirmation with a link for tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

What are your shipping costs?

First-class insured is $5.00. USPS Priority Mail insured is $10. USPS Priority Mail Express insured is $25.00. International shipping first class uninsured begins at $15.00.

I waited until the last minute and need to rush my order! Can you do that?

Sometimes this happens. We totally get it. Choosing expedited shipping does not expedite the creation of custom items. If you need your item created more quickly contact us. We do have some rush charge options. They are based on availability.
